We ship to many countries (see the list below), relying on our central warehouse partner in Germany and partners for worldwide shipping. We typically ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. After that the products should arrive within 3-7 business days in most European countries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an automated Email confirming dispatch. Please note that obviously cannot foresee any time for customs clearance of goods for shipments to countries outside European Union. All custom clearance and related fees are in the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on countries, shipping times and fees see below. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, first contact us at hello@ifeelityou.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot yet pay for the shipping of returns, so you will have to cover the fees. We are a lifestyle brand made by collective of multi-hyphenate creatives and freelancer, launched in 2021. All our designs go through the lens of “from street to tennis court”. Function wise, our clothes are ready to hit the tennis court -moveable and have the sweat wicking properties you need, but no pressure, aesthetically, our tennis clothes are ready for the streets and well combinable with any clothing staples like jeans or blazers for a cozy night out or for a casual meeting, why not? In addition, the impact on the planet is embedded in every part of our operations - whether its minimizing design churn (we use 3D for product design), fabric sourcing or production. We know that 95% sustainability impact comes from the fabric, so we source high quality fabrics from Portugal and Italy and treat them with natural seed oil(no bad chemicals) that keep your clothes soft and your body dry. The concepts of personal wellbeing and “community” are at the core of how and what we do. We believe that tennis is for everyone, and it can be part of your lifestyle without putting too much pressure on yourself to perform and look a certain way to be accepted in the tennis community. We are firm believers that mental and physical health go hand in hand. Tennis as a hobby is a great workout and also an amazing way to unwind, connect and stay present.

There was a family holiday in the picturesque Tuscany with its mind-blowing landscape where we spent time at the local villa with the most amazing outside tennis court surrounded by Italian cypress trees and wild nature of wild flowers trying to grow into the court from all sides. We had so much fun at the court… However, this experience did not go together with the idea of traditional tennis clothes – that felt too standard, suppressing to some point, not really fitting the style, as well as not aligned with the feeling we were having. Tennis is a sport that has been really stagnant for a really long time, nothing exciting and fresh from a consumer perspective has been happening in tennis apparel and accessories space. If you like to go play tennis with your best friend once every 2 weeks, you don’t want these clothes to wait inside your closet the whole time. You would want sth you can wear to the streets or a casual meeting, feel comfortable in but also at the same time sth you can sweat and move around in, without compromising on functionality and quality of the garment. Tennis is changing and the way we look at the tennis is changing. We live in a a digital and sharing economy world, where personal wellbeing is important, and we believe that tennis would need to move that direction, where the clubs and “gatekeeps” will have less power to decide how you should look like and how you should enjoy and play the game.

We carefully choose our partners and producers to ensure they share our commitment to the highest standards of operation, ranging from fabric sourcing, processing to social and environmental responsibilities. Our partners are all located in Europe with currently all of the production, from fabrics to final garments, concentrated in Portugal, helping also reduce the impact of the supply chain.
If the item is marked “pre-order,” this means its still in the production phase and we haven’t received it in our warehouse. As soon as we receive it, we will ship it out to you. We appreciate you ordering a pre-order item as it allows us to deliver you the best styles with minimal environmental impact by mitigating overproduction.
Always refer to the label on the garment for care instructions. In general, we would recommend washing cold, inside out, and hanging dry, don’t tumble dry. Please, also think about the environment, as you do your laundry.
It’s no secret that designing a piece of clothing can take 10-20 porotypes before you get to the final “it”. At I feel it. you? we use 3D design technology that allows us to significantly cut the need for unnecessary prototype production and the impact of waste. We carefully choose our partners and producers to ensure they share our commitment to the highest standards of operation, ranging from fabric sourcing, processing to social and environmental responsibilities. Our partners are all located in Europe with most of it concentrated in Portugal (fabric production, clothes production) to reduce the impact of the supply chain. Our products include materials 100% of natural origin, reducing synthetics composition to the extent possible. Much of our products are made from GOETZ certified and recycled materials. We support sustainable ownership practice. We refuse to overproduce, producing items in lower quantities – as such we have also reduced the promotional sales activities. We would encourage you to give your IFIY piece a second life when you decide to update your wardrobe – either presenting to a new owner, donating to a charity or reselling on the platform.
